Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is the programming language of Excel (and other Office programs), which specifically allow you to automate your repetitive tasks in Excel by writing so called macros.
VBA combined with Microsoft Excel is probably the most powerful tool available to you. VBA is sitting on the desktops of 500 million users of Microsoft Office, and most have never figured out how to harness the power of VBA in Excel.
Using VBA, you can speed the production of any task in Excel. If you regularly use Excel to produce a series of monthly charts, you can have VBA do the same task for you in a matter of seconds.
This beginner level training helps you learn the VBA language, and find practical ways to automate tasks and build a better workflow and automation in your work. It aims to help you automate routine tasks by recording, and writing/editing the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA Code) for Microsoft Excel since code runs much faster and save a huge amount of time for you.
In this workshop you will learn the various programming nuances of VBA, work with Macros and how spreadsheets in Excel can be easily automated for various operations. This workshop will provide you with step-by-step instructions that illustrate each aspect of Visual Basic. You need not have previous knowledge of any programming language so it’s ideal if you’re a newcomer to Windows programming.
