Positions available

Senior Officer – Marketing


  • Prepare and implement marketing plans including sourcing for external vendors, communicating and coordinating with internal and external parties and ensuring timely execution as well as smooth logistical arrangements
  • Coordinate the creative production of online and offline marketing materials from design to publication/production
  • Manage and plan content for website and social media platforms
  • Manage corporate events, road shows, fairs/exhibitions, student/alumni engagement activities (which can be in the evening and over the weekend)
  • Track and report marketing activities and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Build a strong brand awareness and act as brand guardian to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Work with and support partners and industry groups on joint promotions and marketing activities


  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Communications/Digital Technology
  • 1 – 2 years of prior working experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing to an international audience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Pardot B2B marketing automation by Salesforce will be an advantage
  • Innovative and resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude and initiative to get things done
  • Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills

Programme Leader – Esports

You should have knowledge of the esports industry and good understanding and applied experience in project management. You must be willing to undertake research and scholarly activities in the development of the esports industry to acquire technical skills to carry out the role effectively and for your own professional development. You will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the Diploma and Advanced Diplomas in Esports and Game Design and related courses
  • Manage and expand partnerships and collaborations in esports globally
  • Work with academics, product developers, industry partners and relevant stakeholders to continuously improve existing programmes and develop new courses
  • Supervise all third-party partners and services related to the esports programmes and events
  • Spearhead activities for student enrichment and marketing purposes
  • Secure internships and job placements for students
  • Solicit feedback and advocate solutions with the product, sales/marketing and student services teams to improve programme materials, enhance student learning and ensure an excellent student experience
  • Participate in internal and external community brainstorming sessions to help develop new ideas for esports programmes and events


  • Degree with experience in Gaming or IT; or Advanced Diploma with more than 5 years of working experience related to Gaming or IT.
  • Passion for gaming and active participation in esports activities and events
  • Knowledge of the esports/competitive video game scene
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Previous teaching experience and experience of managing esports teams or events will be advantageous

Officer – IT

You will be responsible to maintain and support the IT infrastructure services of the Company and its various business units. You will provide technical support on computer issues and handle IT services requests. You will maintain daily helpdesk operations, administer network solutions and liaise with vendors for the purchase/renewal of IT equipment and licenses. You will assist with IT audits and regulatory compliance. As and when required, you will also provide facilities and off site technical support as well as manage purchases and third party for service provides for the upkeep and maintenance of the Campus and corporate office.


  • NITEC / Diploma in Information Technology, preferably with 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting of PC Server & Network related issues
  • Technical knowledge on performing batch jobs and administration on Microsoft SQL servers
  • Knowledge on basic HTML and website management
  • Well organised, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Lecturer – Esports & Game Design (Part-time / Adjunct)

You should have in-depth knowledge of the Esports industry and/or game design process and good understanding of managing Esports events and team and/or project management methodologies and processes used in game production. You will conduct lectures for full/part time Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels students at our campus at the National Library Building. Besides teaching, you will also be involved in updating curriculum, preparing course materials, setting of assignment and assessment papers as well as marking and moderation of assessments. You must maintain own professional development and keep updated with technical knowledge of the relevant subject matter.


  • Degree in a related discipline with industry experience in Gaming; or Advance Diploma in a related discipline with more than 5 years of industry experience in Gaming.
  • Ability to teach any of the following modules:
    • Gaming Platforms and Documentation
    • Mathematics for Game Development
    • Graphics and Sound Processing
    • Games Development in C++
    • Fundamentals of Esports
    • Management of Esports events
    • Management of Esports teams
    • Live Streaming
  • An innovative approach to facilitating learning, with commitment to ensuring an excellent student experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Previous teaching experience and applied experience of managing Esports teams or events will be advantageous.

IT Lecturer (Contract/Part-time/Adjunct)

You will conduct lectures for full/part time Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree levels students at our campus at the National Library Building. Your contributions go beyond teaching and facilitating learning.  You play a critical role in recognising and nurturing the students. Besides teaching, you will also be required to prepare course materials, supervise student projects, set assessment papers as well as mark and moderate assessments.


  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with experience in the IT industry
  • Strong expertise, knowledge and practical skills in the following specialisations:
